			Proposed changes for 2020
	Chatango		1- Expanded IR to include all Covid related absence. I believe this will be a big problem and we should have 5 extra spots to retain players so that this season doesn't harm the future of our teams.
			2- There will be only 1 division and if the season ends prematurely the standings at the time will be final. I am working on a schedule that will be balanced so that no team will have a strength of schedule advantage early in the season.
